Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer various shipping tiers based on your location:

  • Metropolitan France and Luxembourg:

    • Orders under €55.00: Flat rate shipping fee of €6.50

    • Orders of €55.00 and above: FREE

  • Other EU countries
    • Ireland
      • Orders under €100.00: Flat rate shipping fee of €25 via DHL Express Worldwide
      • Orders of €100.00 and above: FREE via DHL Express Worldwide

  • Asia
    • Singapore:

      • Orders under S$219: Flat rate shipping fee of S$69 via DHL Express Worldwide

      • Orders of S$219 and above: FREE via DHL Express Worldwide

    • United Arab Emirates:

      • Orders under AED 400: Flat rate shipping fee of AED 180 via DHL Express Worldwide

      • Orders of AED 400 and above: FREE via DHL Express Worldwide

  • United States
    • Orders under $250.00: Flat rate shipping fee of $57.50 via DHL Express Worldwide

    • Orders of $250.00 and above: FREE via DHL Express Worldwide

3. Estimated Delivery

  • France: 2-3 business days.

  • Luxembourg: 1-2 business days.

  • Ireland: 1-2 business days via DHL Express Worldwide.

  • Singapore: 2-3 business days via DHL Express Worldwide.

  • United Arab Emirates: 2-3 business days via DHL Express Worldwide.

  • United States: 3-6 business days via DHL Express Worldwide. This estimate includes the time required for your parcel to clear US customs, which now applies to all international shipments entering the country.

4. Taxes and Duties

  • EU countries: There are no customs duties or import taxes to pay upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout includes the applicable local VAT.
  • Singapore:
    • Orders under S$400: No tax is charged. Your package will be delivered directly to your door with no extra fees.
    • Orders over S$400: A mandatory 9% GST (Goods and Services Tax) applies. DHL will contact you via SMS or email with a secure link to settle the tax and a small administrative fee before final delivery.
  • United Arab Emirates: Imports into the UAE may be subject to a 5% customs duty and 5% VAT depending on the declared value of your order. DHL will contact you via SMS or email before final delivery if any duties or taxes are applicable. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout.
  • United States: The US duty-free de minimis exemption (previously $800) has been suspended since August 2025 and remains in force with no confirmed restoration date. All shipments from the EU to the US are therefore subject to US customs duties. The current applicable tariff rate on EU cosmetics is approximately 15%; however, rates are subject to ongoing US-EU trade negotiations and may change. We recommend verifying current rates before placing your order. DHL will contact you via SMS or email before final delivery to collect applicable duties and a handling fee. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout.

5. How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@wholebeauty.care with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
